Rendition backing issue on stage
This is from the most recent img-opt changes in 0.8.8 and is only affecting stages where most of the DAM is missing. On live we want any already generated renditions to 404 if the original image is deactivated but on stage we don't due to the environments needing to share.
0.8.8 is not live yet so hoping to get this merged in. It will require a config change in fs-blacklight for the stage files.
